BIKE AND RUN #3

This event is run in pairs, and involves running and cycling with one bike for each pair! A fun way to develop team spirit and strengthen cohesion. Over a given distance, the two partners exchange bikes as they see fit, the aim being to cross the finish line together.
The event is on the calendar of the French Triathlon Federation (FFTRI), and federal regulations will be applied under the aegis of regional referees from the Ligue Occitanie de Triathlon.
Registration is now open, so get ready with two bike helmets (one per runner), good sneakers, and a little perspiration!

Program :
- 9:30 am: Start of the 16 km Bike and Run Sportif in 2 loops - 16 years and over.
- 11:00 a.m.: Start of the 2.5km Bike and Run Kids - for 8/11 year-olds.
- 11:30 a.m.: Start of the 8km Bike and Run XS Familial - ages 12 and up
- 12pm: Podium finishes. Lots of prizes to be won!
The two main routes will follow the Lunel canal along the Chemin des Cabannettes to Saint-Nazaire-de-Pézans, and the return will take a little-used road (Chemin du Mas de Gamundi),
and then along the cycle path to the Lunel fire station.

Entries:
- Bike and Run Sportif: 18 ? per team of 2
- Children's Bike and Run: 10 ? per team of 2
- Family Bike and Run XS: 14 ? per team of 2

Information & registration:
Online registrations are possible until Friday, October 18, 2024 at 11:30 pm. Alternatively, you can register on site, 1h15 before the start of the race, subject to availability.
