Villetelle
Mentioned as early as 1156, Villetelle was a modest village. All that remains of the medieval period is the Romanesque church of Saint-Guiraud.
But the commune also harbors a treasure trove, the archaeological site of Ambrussum: the Ambroix bridge, testimony to construction techniques in the Roman Empire; the lower quarter, a former roadhouse revealing the remains of thermal baths, dwellings and wells; and the oppidum, a fortified town built on the hill.
An original museum in the garrigue presents the history of the site and the Roman roads.
The "Chemin des Capitelles" invites you to discover six dry-stone shelters in the heart of the garrigue.

On the other side of the Vidourle, the Moulin de Carrière invites you to take a romantic break by the river.
