UNE JOURNÉE À TAKALÉDOUGOU

Percussionist Gurvan Loudoux and griot Amadou Diao, a native of Takaledougou, have created an electro-Mandingo concert for the very young, combining traditional and electronic music, soundscapes and connected interfaces. The two artists draw on the richness of their cultures - traditional for one, electronic for the other - to offer us original compositions combining the virtuosity of the kora and the husky, suave voice of Amadou Diao with the atmospheric layers of Gurvan Loudoux. In a rhythmic crescendo that sweeps the audience along, the two musicians make the sounds and voices of the village resonate.

One session is scheduled for 10 a.m. and a second for 11 a.m.
