On December 31, starting at 8.30pm at the Espace Georges Brassens, guests will enjoy an evening of warmth, conviviality and music too! Not to mention a festive meal! After a welcome cocktail and amuse-bouche, guests will enjoy a starter of homemade foie gras millefeuille with gingerbread and redcurrant jelly. This is followed by a lobster roll, a brioche bun stuffed with lobster and crab meat, saffron cream and baby vegetables. For the main course, guests will enjoy a creamy veal confit with porcini mushrooms, accompanied by a morel mushroom risotto. And to finish on a high note: a cheese platter followed by the royal chocolate log and its coupe. The meal also includes coffee and wines from Domaine Saint-Bénézet (unlimited red and white wines). A lovely menu to tantalize the taste buds!
And to set the mood right up to the final stroke of midnight on the 12th of 2025, the Oxygène group will be hosting the evening with a varied musical program, a colorful show and a wild atmosphere! Guests will be able to set the dance floor alight until the end of the night, and start the new year 2026 full of joy and good cheer!
