Learn the techniques and skills required to make objects out of clay, and explore or rediscover your relationship with matter.
Clay is the modelling material for everyone. It can be made into just about anything, and can help develop a taste for discovery, playfulness and the pleasure you get from making things with your hands.
The path from clay to object is divided into three parts:
- hollowware and its variants: making a container
- forms (figuration/abstraction)
- lines and gestures
