The via ferrata de la Roque, which can be accessed from the village of St-Sériès, runs along the rock face above the Vidourle.
Relatively short (on average, less than 2 hours), it is considered as physical and it is advisable to bring a short lanyard (cow) to rest and a pulley for the tyrolean.

2 options are available to you at the halfway point:
- the "Difficult" (D) option with the Tyrolean traverse. The low exit was removed in 2016 for safety reasons (rock falls).
- the "Very Difficult" (TD) option by taking the ladder on the slope at the exit of the baume. Possibility to recover the D route at the exit of the baume.

Do not overestimate yourself.
Gloves (mittens) and helmet are essential. Allow 1 hour for the most experienced and 3 hours for the less athletic.
